What is the lifecycle of Alerts created in Opsgenie ?

HI Team,

We have created and integrated Opsgenie with Azure Alerts and is working fine . Now , we need to know what is the lifecycle of generated Alert in Opsgenie or it will be auto closed afte 24 hours or so if not acknowledged by any individual or team ?

Apparently we have also checked that this integration keeps breaking in between for us , we have raised multiple ticket in past and those are also resolved but as we are going on PROD next week we need some robust solution to it.

Could you please check if we have missed something during integration ?

Hi @gaurav.arora1 ,

Alerts are not auto-closed unless you have a notification policy that specifies that they should be closed automatically after a certain time period. 

We cannot view your setup without a support ticket, so I would recommend opening a ticket or chat so our support team can assist.
