Is there a way to have opsgenie notifying in our slack channel when the oncall schedule/shift rotate

We get notified on the app but then have to manually update the slack channel that X person's schedule is ending and Y person's scheduled has started. Is there an automated way to do this?

Like @John M mentioned, you'd need some sort of 3rd party to send these notifications.

But we have an open feature request for this functionality you can follow, watch and vote for here:

Hi Sumit,

The Slack integrations do not include the option to send notifications on schedule changes, however, you could configure the user's notifications settings to send an email on " Schedule Start" and/or " Schedule End" and then use a 3rd-party automation like Zapier to forward only those emails to a slack channel. 

Thanks for the quick response. Have upvoted the feature request and will try the email approach if possible.
