I am not able to add stakeholders. We have a premium subscription JSM. We need to add a team or DL so that notification can be sent to all the stakeholders not one single person.
You would need to ceate DL in external mail server where you manage emails and use the assigned group mail id as the user in Jira to mention that user, by that way notification will be sent to all the users.
