Integrating with ManageEngine ServiceDesk with Opsgenie

We recently got Opsgenie and we are trying to integrate it with our ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus software that we use for helpdesk ticketing. We have followed all the instructions with setting a webhook and trigger. Tested it by putting in a helpdesk ticket that met the requirements and it is not generating an alert within Opsgenie. Maybe I am missing something. Any help provided would be great.

From your description, we understand that you've followed the instructions to complete the setup for the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus integration.

May I further confirm with you if the data payload sent from your ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus side matches the same or similar structure as mentioned in the instruction?
