Hi there,

Per the subject can I add in the details section of the incoming automation rule that I take the Service from a JSM Incident and add it to the Opsgenie Alert?

Not sure if that will break things due to an integration for Team A takes ownership for JSM incidents but the service has Team B as the owner of the service?

Is there any mapping available lie there is for {{status}} and {{priority}} etc?

Thanks.

Hi @Ste404 ,

Happy to help!

In terms of Owners and Responders, this should not break anything! The Owner team will be designated as Team A since they are the Owners of the integration, but upon associated the Service with it, it will add them as additional Responders to the notification flow. So nothing will get broken with those two teams being associated with it.

As for if those two fields are mappable, if they appear as draggable fields in the Incoming Automation rule , but if they don't then you might need to set up a system in which the Incoming payloads include tags that you can leverage with Global Alert Policies to attach relevant Services and Teams with. OEC could also be an option here, but it does involve a different workflow.

Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
