Participated in the Summit 2019 DevOps Workshop. It was taught 'organically'. No laptop needed, tool agnostic. Through several simulation rounds, I was amazed to learn and feel how communication across teams - Business, Product Mgr, Ops, Dev, Test increases productivity (break down the silos !). Through learning while doing, it became evident that injecting the use of Atlassian tools would allow for even greater, better communication and productivity.
