I've attended a few Summits before, but this year changed my strategy a little and attended talks focused on teams. Although I've focused on teams and how to make them work better, I heard things that I didn't think before. Something that resonated for me was the difference between fear based values and truth based values. How so often we claim out values based on fear, because we don't want to disappoint or get people mad... but they may not be the values that really represent us! I'm making a commitment to change that, and define and celebrate my true values!
