6 reasons customers engage with our Solution Partners at Summit, and what you can expect this year

Hey Community,

Atlassian's first Remote Summit is going live on April 1-2 to a computer near you! We're excited to be sharing all our innovations and updates directly to you and thousands of others from around the world for a truly global, collaborative event.

If you’re curious about how other organizations in your space are using our tools, need advice on how to leverage Atlassian to solve a business problem or simply want to maximize the use of your current Atlassian tools, our virtual Summit is the perfect place to connect with Solution Partners who can help.

These Partners are highly trained and committed to delivering value to customers through consulting professional services, and other technical services. Here are some of the Partners you should expect to see in our “Sponsor hall” in the virtual space. Check out some of the reasons customers have traditionally stopped at their booths and what you can expect to see this year:

Adaptavist

“We find Summit is an incredible opportunity for our existing customers who we’ve worked with for many years, to catch up, understand the changing shape of the problems they are facing. We revel in the opportunity to showcase new features and products we have been innovating on since the last time we got together.

From strategic review to managed services, as well as a leading array of products all focused on delivering the most value from your Atlassian platform. We love coming to Summit to demonstrate the many ways we can help organizations unlock the full power of Atlassian.” Connect with Adaptvisit today -->

ALM Works

“Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner, ALM Works, is the company behind Structure for Jira — the popular Jira app that helps Atlassian customers manage projects at scale. One of the many reasons customers love Structure is it gives Atlassian customers the ability to easily customize their issue hierarchy without disrupting Jira’s many built-in capabilities.
For example, organizations implementing the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) require a uniform issue type above Epics, and another issue type above that. Structure makes this—or any other custom issue hierarchy—possible while preserving and leveraging the standard Jira Epic - Story - Sub-task hierarchy. At Remote Summit 2020 the company is launching Structure 6. Stop by the ALM Works virtual booth and visit alm.works/structure6 to learn about our most important new feature: Effectors.” Connect with ALM  Works today -->

Cprime:

“Cprime is a global consulting firm helping transforming businesses achieve value and agility by breaking down silos in their Agile, Product Management, and Technology frameworks into a total holistic solution. Customers seek Cprime’s Atlassian services to help strategize, implement, migrate, host and train their organization in hopes to move away from brittle business practices and unstable technology environments. With proven best practices and an extensive library of working knowledge and thorough understanding of the Atlassian products, initiatives across all levels of the enterprise can be achieved with total visibility and scalability, and in the context of their unique business needs. Cprime's key capabilities help organizations adapt strategy so they can focus on customer value and enable their teams to address market shifts and emerging opportunities.

Botron:

Most of Botron's customers are often going through significant data portability challenges, and they are reaching out for advice or migration strategy. Our Product Development and Professional Services teams onsite are always ready to support and provide them with the best possible solution for their use case. Sometimes it's about thousands of projects and millions of issues that need to be consolidated or migrated to a bigger scale.

Botron's market-leading app - Configuration Manager for Jira, is already helping over 4000 companies save time and money by automating the bulk of manual work.

Many of our existing customers come to our booth to find more about new releases, upcoming features, share their feedback or to greet us and meet in person their favorite support guy.

Power Admin, the latest extension of Configuration Manager for Jira, is becoming more popular and receiving a large amount of attention. Thе tool’s goal is to ensure Jira administrators work with faster, better UI and enable them to perform effortlessly day-to-day tasks.

Now with the big wave of companies moving to Cloud, people at Summit are searching the best solution for their data and configuration management. In most cases, this appears to be the Configuration Manager for Jira.

Jira administrators are struggling with a load of daily tasks, which are often manual and time-consuming. Configuration Manager for Jira and Power Admin help administrators be more productive, confident, and secure with their configuration changes daily. In short - we are fully dedicated to helping them check the ''balance'' box in their work-life equation”  Connect with Botron today -->

K15t

"At K15t, our mission is to amplify the Atlassian experience for everybody. During Summit, booth visitors can learn about our documentation and document management apps for Confluence, and how to collaborate across Jiras with our Jira issue sync solution. With our Marketplace apps, we help teams:

  • Publish a Help Center from Confluence: Teams can collaboratively author versioned and translated documentation with Scroll Versions and Translations, and publish it online as a help center using Scroll Viewport.

  • Manage and Control Documents in Confluence: Use Confluence to manage your multi-page documents and control versions, workflows, metadata and more with Scroll Documents.

  • Export Documents from Confluence: Users can export documents to common formats like PDF and Word with full control over styling thanks to Scroll PDF and Word Exporter.

  • Sync Issues across Jiras: Collaborate on Jira projects across company borders with Backbone Issue Sync for Jira. Keep full control over the information you want to share with fine-grained control and flexibility.  This year, we're excited to announce that Scroll Viewport will be available for Confluence Cloud! This will enable documentation teams to run a customized help center directly from Confluence Cloud and take advantage of our pre-built Help Center theme to get a beautiful help center up and running in minutes"   Connect  with K15t today -->

Valiantys

"Customers come to see us to understand the scope of services that we offer. We usually engage in conversations on “how can they get the best of their Atlassian investment”. Going beyond the strictly technical and moving to the business/strategic issues that they are using Atlassian products for. We are focused on Agility (team level or at scale), ITSM solutions (pre-packaged bundles including all the necessary apps for a great ecosystem-based solution) and the new addition is “Lean Business”, or the use of Atlassian tools for no IT or development teams. We feel it’s always interesting to open the conversation to new usages of the existing Atlassian tools. As we have a sister company developing popular apps (Elements) we also see many customers curious to meet real people as they’ve got the app from the Marketplace. We also always have an element of humor on the booth. Last year we did “The little book of Jira Horrors” which was quite successful and a fun way to give advice to customers on best practices and for this year if was about “being SAFe with Atlassian” but we didn’t know about COVID-19 at the time!"  Connect with Valiantys today -->

And don't be shy about asking questions in the comment sections of this article or in a dedicated Discussion or Question in the Summit area for any use cases you have or pain points you would like reduced.

There are lots of Solution Partners, including those listed here, who really are interested in delivering solutions to help fellow users of Atlassian products.

Even better, shout out those apps you love. Marketplace apps are often so seamless when they are part of our ways of working it can be hard to remember you are even using an app until someone doesn't get the licence renewed before the expiry date  (Sorry team, it only took a couple of days to have the app back!)

Usually at summit a lot of discussions and conversations happen at the various booth locations. If you don't want to miss these conversations this year, you can visit the sponsor areas tomorrow and use the chat in order to talk with the vendors, discussing your use case.

If that time(zone) is not suitable to you, reach out to the vendors individually via their support listed in the marketplace listings or find out about other ways how to contact them.

K15t offers today and tomorrow also a virtual booth where we will constantly be giving live demos and answer your questions (in Europe-friendly timezones), talk to us at: https://www.k15t.com/events/atlassian-summit.

If someone knows of other vendor's special remote actions, please comment in this thread as well to help other people find it.
