fifa22 progress deleted by mistake

I deleted today by mistake my progress on FIFA22 PC. is there any way to reverse that action? I was playing on my PC so the progress I guess was saved on cloud. When I tried to reach by my laptop to my account I saw that I had local data stored on 5th of January.... Too many days back.... What are my options? If I accept the local data as current progress then I can see them also at my PC? can I have all my progress back as it was before the delete? i also have "Companion app" on my mobile but I quess when I refresh the app all progress will be gone because now I can see all my players, correct?
