As a relatively new user of Atlassian Cloud products, I'm tasked with understanding the integrations between Jira Software, Confluence, and Insight.
When I have questions about Insight, I can put in a support ticket with Atlassian, but that takes awhile and the results are a mixed bag.
What I'd like to do is come here to the community and interact with like-minded folks using the Insight Cloud product. Sadly, there is no group or even a product category for the product.
How can we get that setup?
As Insight is currently still considered as a marketplace app I'm sure you can post your questions with the appropriate tags (like the ones I added to this post).
Since currently it is still being integrated in to the Atlassian stack I feel this will remain separate for now.
You can always post your questions in the general groups and just mention this is regarding Insight and people will pick it up :)
As this is probably related to JSM (mainly)? The JSM group might be a good one to post it.
Maybe over time when it is considered a completely different part of the stack (like Advanced Roadmaps) maybe then they'll create a group for it.
Agreed. Insight has been around as an addon under Mindville/Riada for a while, but it's a new part of Atlassian's native stack and I suspect/hope it'll probably receive much more love in the near future.
Using the addon-com.riadalabs.jira.plugins.insight tag is probably your best bet to getting responses.
