Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We can't help you - Atlassian doesn't do "mi accounts" or 'phones, so I think you're in the wrong place.

I suspect "mi" or your 'phone provider are using Atlassian systems for docs and support and you've clicked on "help with docs" instead of "help with mi"
