Urgent: Why am I getting this shipping error?

I have set up a new product in our portal (product id 70) with the default shipping. When users are trying to order it they get the following error.

 

This product is not configured correctly, please contact your Administrator.
  • Carrier shipping for this for this product has not been completely configured.

 

I do not know how to fix this and users need to order this product today.

Can you provide more information?

What type of Jira project is it? 

When do the users get the error?

How is this product setup differently than other products that work? 

This question wasn't a Jira question but a program question for a tool that uses Jira for the helpdesk. This question was raised in the wrong "help" area.
