You will need to be a SiteAdmin and set as the billing contact for your instance in order to change the payment method, if you are not then you may need to contact support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ to find out who the contact is or to change it.
Once confirmed, click the hamburger button in the bottom left corner to switch to the Administrative functions. Select Billing, then Billing Details, and you'll see the credit card information. Click on that to edit it.
