I would like to publish my book

Hello. I'm new to Kobo and I've opened my account.  I would like to publish my book with Kobo. 

I'm looking for advice. As soon as I try to request my username through my email address, I do not receive an email from Jira. and then there's a pop-up window that says please contact Jira administrators.

You would need to contact Kobo directly to see if they can resolve your issue.
