@Moishamay Ndlovu Like @Jimmy Seddon mentioned, practice, practice, practice. The more you interview the more comfortable you will become and more familiar with the types of questions you may be asked.

Hiring managers may cringe reading this, but you could also apply for jobs you don't really want. This would give you the additional practice but if things don't go well, no loss. You didn't really want the job anyway.

You could also use mock interviews to practice. Have a friend pretend to interview you. Asking easy to hard questions.

You can always use google. There are many article and videos that present strategies for overcoming nerves.

Seeing your message, I just read an article and maybe I can help you.

Today my biggest challenge is to learn English. I'm Brazilian and this is my biggest challenge!

Detail I wrote this message using translator.

Hi @Moishamay Ndlovu,

Welcome to the Community.

There is no easy answer.  Practice makes perfect.  However, try starting with just recording yourself in videos and get comfortable speaking to a camera.

I'm uncomfortable doing public speaking, but I found that talking to the camera really helped me get more comfortable with it.

I hope that helps!

Hello @Moishamay Ndlovu

I  agree with @Peter DeWitt at least for the first 2-3 interviews, apply for jobs you don't really want or as if you're doing them a favor for being there.

Also try to find typical interview questions and answer them using STAR/AR method (https://www.ddiworld.com/solutions/behavioral-interviewing/star-method) because answering only by saying "yes", "no", or similar small answers it is not rich enough to appeal the interviewer.

Good luck!
