Does the DoD have any Enterprise Licenses Agreements (ELA) with Atlassian?

We are looking to see if there are any Army, or DoD enterprise licenses agreements for Atlassian products Suites that we can leverage.  If anyone is aware of any within the DoD that would be helpful.

Thank you.  We started down our local acquisition & contracting.  This was another avenue, as the information publicly available and even internal did not point to what I was looking for.

@Chris Miller - depending on how you're trying to acquire licenses, Atlassian or a Solutions Partner can figure out if there's an ELA arrangement (or other existing arrangements) depending on your email domain or some other factor). Good luck!
