Connecting Wireless BBQ controller Edited

Hello everyone. I have a BBQ guru cyber q wifi that I am trying to add to my LAN. when I can get the device to communicate with the gateway I can see the device MAC address, and a public IP address. In the firewall I have the device pinhole/ security setting for tcp we server and it shows it's on port 80 which should allow it to communicate with me over the Internet. I can't communicate with it. But if I sync the device directly to my iPhone it works fine, although I lose function ability.
Any ideas of any other security changes or other suggestions to get this up and working?

I think you may be in the wrong place - although some of us may have wireless BBQs, we are here to talk about Atlassian stuff, not BBQs.

So unless you're hooking up your BBQ to an Atlassian application, I'm not sure we can get much of a useful answer.

I suspect your BBQ manufacturer has help systems or documentation hosted in an Atlassian system, and you've come here because you found a link for "Help with Atlassian" in there, instead of "help with BBQ"

Although, I'm pretty sure someone has a Trello board somewhere for planning BBQs, and I would not be shocked to find someone has hooked up a Jira or Bamboo to their BBQ.
