We've been using ClubHouse, TeamWork, and Trello in this list. Trello, perhaps, is one of the best apps ever for managing staff. Our company has also implemented a business messaging platform that allows us to talk with our customers online and discuss various things. For example, through https://clerk.chat/ software our client can get some info from us about the products we have in detail. It's like a progressive interaction between a client and seller, so probably our team benefits from it a lot. Didn't ask my partners tho, but I like it.
