Hi Billy - here are some ideas for code give away:

1. Assign each person a number when they join the meeting/Zoom.  Put that list in the Chat room so they see it.  :)  Then use a random number generator like this one: random number generator pop out the winning numbers.  NOTE - my husband and I have done this tons during COVID as we are hosting Zoom whisky tastings.  We have glasses and flasks etc to give out. Most folks joining the Zoom are co-workers or friends so we just make arrangements to get them their stuff after.
2. Find the few folks who attend sessions most often and reward them privately.
3. Ask an Atlassian trivia question and the first one to type the correct answer in the group chat gets a code.  
4. First person to post an answer to an Atlassian open question and prove it, gets a code.
