Why is the rendering physician not transferring over to a created task?

Once we see a patient and a surgical appointment is created within our appointment book most rendering physicians are reflected in the precert task. 

But on many occassions (not all) but the rendering is not reflected in the created task so this prevents us from using the filters and working the cases by rendering assignment. 

How do we get most .....to reflect rendering.........but not 100 % ???

I think you might be in the wrong place?  Are you really using Jira as an appointment tracking system?

Could you have a look at the "help" button?  (Near the bottom left of the screen or near the top right - should be a question mark).  Does it have an "About Jira" option?
