I'm a project admin/lead for a next-gen project. I created two tasks with sensitive information in them and set the restriction level to "Administrator" so only I could see them. When I selected Admin it said "Administrator (You)". As soon as I did that the tasks disappeared.
I know what the task IDs are but when I search them they either don't exist or I don't have access. I sent the IDs to our JIRA super admin but he can't view them either. I know I have the IDs right because they show up as recently viewed on my homepage, but again, I can't view them. Where did they go? What gives?
On the Access tab, I needed to be a member in addition to being an admin. The admin role does not include member privileges.
Hi @Adrian
Please check the access page, and if it's empty add your username to the administrator role.
Thanks,
Pramodh
