In our company, we are testing Next-gen Projects. We set 2 users as admin and configure the project, set the roadmap and added a few tasks.
Then we added a third user, but he can see only issues and filter page. Not showing the roadmap, the backlog... We set this user even as admin, but still has no access to these pages.
What could be happening?
Hi @Ramón Sanmatías and welcome to Community!
Could it be that the 3rd user has a different license than the others? For example, the 2 initial users would have a Jira Software license but the 3rd a Jira Core one.
Hope this helps,
- Manon
Hello @Manon Soubies-Camy , thank you for your fast reply.
In our organization we had multiple sub-units and some of them have its own domain, maybe the problem is the first 2 users signed with an @maindomain.com email and the third with @otherdomain.com email, and Jira is configured with main domain.
I will tell IT to create a main email to this user and will test it, I though giving permission will be enough so see the project's sections.
Regards
