Do team members have to have a Jira account to see the new roadmap feature?

Leah Winter October 23, 2018

I manage sprints through Jira and would like to share roadmaps with stakeholders, but the stakeholders do not need access to Jira, just to see the roadmap.  Can I embed the link somewhere?  Or is there a read-only access with the link (no charge)?

Also, how do I extend the roadmap to include already established projects?

You need a JIRA license to see a road map and proper access to the project.  The share link is something you can share to help individuals get to the road map but they will still have to login to see it and have proper permissions on the project.

It looks like roadmaps are specific to the project.  I was not able to figure out a way to incorporate epics from other projects.
