Do you know if it's possible for a user to interact /close their own request on a Jira Service Management Next-gen project?
We would like the user to be the sole decision maker of the closure of his ticket, and want to set up an automatic closure automation rule if they didn't respond after 48 hours .. but I don't know if this is possible.
