I really love Jira Next Gen, which help us going beyond Trello especially in term of roadmap & backlog management.
But one feature we really miss are Trello shortcuts, such as:
- space bar on a ticket to assign a ticket to myself
- drag dropping a teammate picture on a ticket to assign
- inlining labels and assignees when creating a ticket : I used to type "Crash on homepage #bug @Christian" to quickly create a bug ticket assigned to myself
I hope you will consider taking the best from Trello UX :)
