Last year, we announced the new Jira Service Desk (JSD) experience with the ambition to make it easier than ever to setup and configure projects. Since then, we’ve listened to customers like you and worked diligently to ship the right features and optimisations that create the best service desk experience possible.
The “next-gen” experience for Jira Service Desk is now at a level of maturity and adoption that, going forward, we’ll communicate updates related to next-gen in the public Next-gen community collection. We will be opening up this group publicly to serve as a central place for updates and conversation regarding JSD next-gen.
We also invite you to watch the JSD community collection and filter your homepage feed for the “next-gen-jsd” tag, or set up a search alert for next-gen JSD. For information on different ways to follow community content, check out this article.
