Hi. My company is currently using the product and have created a ticket flow for our implementation team. They had a question for me I couldn't answer, so I'll post it here:
Is there a way to set up a ticket queue so that if a question is answered one way, it takes you to the next applicable section and if its answered another way it takes you to a different section to continue? Essentially an If / Then scenario.
Any help is greatly appreciated and if the option doesn't exist, can it be requested?
