Watch options: Add extra e-mail addresses to monitoring a case

Hi, 
When we add new cases in JIRA, my team have a mutual e-mailaddress we log in via so that all updates go to our common mailbox (which means that it's not depending on an individual for progress). 

We want to add a second e-mail address to the monitor field so that another team can get all the updates as well, but do we really need to be logged in with that address? I can only find "add me", not "add someone else".
