As a MSP, I would like to use Jira Core (project management), Jira Helpdesk (tickers) and Confluence based on a set of pre-defined projects for all orgs and customers; part of which is Helpdesk.
Other examples are: onboarding and security incidents.
For the moment it looks like for each project, a need to add all customers manually.
In addition, since I started with Jira Helpdesk, all projects are considered helpdesk type of projects => makes it confusing.
Please advice - where do I go from here?
Hi
You have two options under "Project Settings" - "Customer Permissions" on how to allow customers into your JSD projects:
The other thing: when you create a project, you choose what template to use. That way you can create a Jira Core template (non-JSD).
