Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please give us more details about the issue that you are facing?
What problem are you having when viewing tickets using IE11? If possible, send us a screenshot.
Are you using Jira Server or Cloud?
With this information, we can try to replicate the issue here to check if it's a bug, expected behaviour or how to fix it.
