Hi @Sinemnur Dasdemir & @Vitalii Saienko
i´m new to Jira for Office 365.
I do not unterstand how I can link a Mail to my Jira Ticket.
In the Picture I see the Unlink-Button, but not a Link-Bitton.
I just want to link a random E-Mail to my Jira Ticket.
Could you help me please :D

It doesn't look like you are using the official Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in. Probably, you are using the one built by Yasoon. Have you checked their documentation?

Hi there! Thank you @Vitalii Saienko for handing over :-)
@Nezar Shakerchi , you can link Outlook emails to your Jira issues as described here: Add to Jira issues from Outlook (yasoon.com)
In order to create and link Jira issues based on email content in Outlook, you need to install the Office add-in (yasoon.com).
If you have more questions feel free to raise a support ticket or book a demo with one of our developers :-)
Hope that helps!
all the best
Britta
