Hello,
I am trying to use Jira to run scrums with my team.
Each member of the team is asked to plan for 32 hours of work.
Is there a "fuel gauge" that can be added? I want a graphic that shows how many hours of effort they have planned for.
So, as they estimate time for each task their fuel gauge would fill up.
Does something like this exist? How do I implement it?
Thank you,
Brent
Hello @Brent Theobald
Unfortunately I could not find a fuel gauge for scrum team capacity planning, though I was able to find this add-on, Capacity Tracker.
The add-on allows users to view, adjust, and track work allocation throughout the sprints and release versions. It indicates if team members are over-allocated or under-allocated; and offers opportunity for the optimal work adjustments.
Hope this helps,
Danny
