A question related to Jira and WordPress plugin

Anyone knows how this WP Plugin works in Jira? Is it pulling data from Jira and let WordPress admin manage the data and sync back to Jira server? If no answer, that's fine. I still appreciate your reading it.

It hasn't been updated in over 4 years so it may not even work anymore.

It looks like it's posting to an end point that creates new issues based on user feedback.
