I was unable to add features in JIRA for existing issue.

 I was able to add features in JIRA.  Today, when i try to add a Feature I am not able to.  as an issue which the intention was it should have been created as a Feature but I was not able to. Please advise.

Hi Phaneendra,

Check with your Jira/project administrator whether the issue type scheme has changed for the project you're working on, and whether or not you're able to create Features.

As for the screenshot displayed, you can only change to issue types which share the same workflow as the issue you're currently on. Otherwise, have a look at moving the issue to a Feature, under the More menu.
