Hello everyone, My company is new to Jira Service Management and we are trying to deploy it as a service desk platform for clients. We have had a difficult time to start as it was introduced to us internally by a former employee who regrettably hired a vendor to help deploy it that was far from being qualified. I am committed to seeing it to completion, but within a specific timeframe before we will have to drop it.
I will say JSM is a great tool/platform so I hope I am able to get the 1-3 requirements I ha e working to cutover to it.
