Locked Field - Request Participants

Ricard Martin September 3, 2021

Hello, we have a problem with Request Participants.

When the Reporter send us a ticket, only the Reporter recieve the email confirmation issue created. We need all contacts (request participants) that are added/copied to that Help ticket recieve this automatic email from JIRA.

We don't find any solution

Hi @Ricard Martin

please also check the assigned "Cutomer notifications" if the Request Participants are indeed listed for the "Request created" event (they are called "Customers involved" in that case).

You can find a better documentation here:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-the-content-of-your-customer-notifications/

The first screenshot over there shows it pretty well. I am wondering if this setting is something else for your project at the moment?

Regards,
Daniel

Hello @Ricard Martin

Welcome to the community!!!

For this issue, please check the 'Notification Scheme' that is applied to the project. For receiving the issue created notification, the 'Watchers' should be added as well.

The navigation to notification is as follows:

Project Settings --> Notifications

IN order to make any changes to this, you will need admin access.

Please let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions. Kindly accept the answer if this enables you to resolve the issue.
