How do I remove (or add) fields from an issue type like Change on the customer portal

I have not put my Service into Production yet.  Still tuning it.  I am looking for how to remove some fields from being display for an issue like Change-Detailed in the customer portal.. I looked at screens, issue schema and more.  Not sure why the obvious is so hard to find.  Can anyone give me 1 minute answer to prevent an hour of my time from being used?
