Hey everyone. I am Andy Gladstone, and I have been a Confluence user and admin for over a decade, and a Jira user and (still learning) admin for the past two years. My organization is looking to migrate from our home-grown ITSM solution, and JSM is a leading candidate. We are evaluating, so I joined this group to gain from it's input and insight!
