I've created a dropdown field in my requests and I've put it at the queue I'm configuring right now. I wanted it to have the same behavior at the table as the 'status' column: when I click over the column I can see the dropdown options I've created for that field.
Is that possible?

When using the queue, currently the ability to edit fields is limited to Status and Assignee.
There is a feature request suggesting to add the ability to edit other fields within the queue:
