Admins, we want to hear your onboarding experience in Jira Service Management

G’day Jira Service Management admins! I hope you are all doing well! 

 

Atlassian’s product marketing team is on a mission to better understand our customer’s onboarding experience with Jira Service Management. We want to know what went well during onboarding, what challenges you experienced, and where we can improve the product experience for first-time users. 

 

With that said, would any admins be willing to chat with me and a few other members of Atlassian’s marketing team regarding your experience getting started with Jira Service Management? We would also love to hear stories about admins onboarding other users within their organization who use Jira Service Management.
