integrate information from existing website into jsd knowledge base

Fred W July 21, 2020

We are about to use JSD as a customer service portal and we know about its ability to integrate with a knowledge base in confluence, we currently have a company intranet site hosted on sharepoint crammed full with information that would be helpful to users of the tool. How can we make use of this information, as well as the confluence kb later on?

Hi @Fred W

You will have to use Confluence to integrate it with your Jira Service Desk Portal. If you are planning to use Confluence then plan the migration of your relevant KB article from sharepoint to Confluence. There are some good answers already on that topic already on the community.

I hope it helps.
