Removing "Raise this request on behalf of" field

Hi, 

I am trying to setup a customer support portal. In all forms I create there is a field named "Raise this request on behalf of" . 

This field is always a mandatory , how can I remove it from the form? 

I tried using "Jira Service Desk Permission scheme .." of the project removing "Service Desk customer ..." from "Modify Reporter" entry. 

I see that it is removed (enclosed image) but in the form this field still exists. 

 

How can I remove it.

Hi Yair - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That field should only show up if you are an Admin or an Agent. Customers will not see that field.
