I am trying to customize "Select a System" when customers enter an Incident on their portal.

When a customer goes to their portal to put in an incident, they have the option to "Select a System". This drop down is currently populated, and I need to edit the options provided. I cannot find the correct place to edit these. Please help.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The field “Select a system” is the same as Components, the difference is that for the customer portal we can add a different name for the fields, that's why it may be confusing. To confirm what is the real name if the field, you can click on the Screenshot 2019-11-22_17-10-49-300.png next to the display name.

To edit the components, please go to Project settings > Components.

On this page, you can add new components and remove the current ones.
