Changing agents.

How do I remove a team member/agent and replace them with someone else?  I have a 3 agent trial account.

Hello @Scott Choyce 

Go to Jira administration(top right corner)  -> User management -> Groups -> "jira-servicedesk-users" add and remove the users there. 

Also, check your service desk permissions and add/remove the desired project role whitch is associated with service desk agent permission in the permission scheme.
