First try accessing the "Contact Administrators Form", which you might find here:

https://equifax.atlassian.net/wiki/contactadministrators.action

Confluence admins can turn off that form globally for Confluence for your company, so it might not work.

The only other options you have are to:

• Ask the person who have you the link (which doesn't work for you) for assistance in getting permission to access that page or space in Confluence. If they can't grant you the access, ask them who can.
• Ask around your team and/or managers/leader to find out who (or what group) administers Confluence at your company.
