Who Can Use Questions for Confluence?

The company I work for is looking for an online forum/ Q&A option for our customers to utilize when they encounter questions/issues with our service. It seems like Questions for Confluence would fit the bill. The only question I have is, who can use Questions for Confluence? Would a generic customer be able to utilize it to ask a question, even if they do not have a license?

Hi @Allison Beaudry ,

Questions access is governed by Confluence space permissions. If someone has access to a space, they'll be able to view, ask, and interact with questions in that space.

The following is an open voting issue, it seems that anonymous users are still not allowed to ask questions and answer.
