The link to an Anchor works, but the result is hidden behind the "Edit" bar. How can I improve this?

When creating a link via an Anchor, the result is that the Anchor is hidden behind the Edit bar and is therefore not visible. How can I ensure the result is visible for all users?

@antoine.weekers, it looks like there is some discussion of this issue in another question here.

They are recommending that you put a line break after the anchor and before the header of the area you want to link to so that the header is visible.
