I am new to Confluence and am exploring the software as a solution for our customers. Is there a way to create a forum for our customers to view previously asked questions/answers to common issues? I am already creating a knowledge base of user manuals, but think it would be helpful for customers to be able to ask questions and view previous responses. Would it even be possible for customers to answer questions asked by other customers?
