zen and ad hoc canvas missing cancel / Ok Button

Trying to insert ad hoc canvas in ZEN the cancel and ok button is not displayed.

So it is not possible to insert any ad hoc canvas (list or box)

A simple solution is to add the following style rule to the active zen brand's css files:

.adhocmacrodialog {
    height: 430px;
}

Zen: Version 5.2.4

ad hoc: 1.3.1

the bug was also in prior versions with zen (evaluation)
