we have purchased 10 licenses of zephyr and upon deployment it prompts "zephyr update add on license (unknown price) to match your 250 users"

we are currently using Jira with 250 base users and procured zephyr add on for 10 users . upon installation we are having an issue where it prompts message " update add on license (unknown price) to match your 250 users. i think its a seprate add on and should not prompt this message becasue we have only 8 QA resources. Kindly guide the way forward.

Hello Mubashir,

Zephyr for JIRA license should be equal in number to JIRA license. We at Zephyr don't provide the license. All the Zephyr for JIRA licenses are provided by Atlassian.

If you purchased Zephyr through the Atlassian Marketplace the add-on must match the license that the product that you're using it in. It sounds like you've got a 250 user JIRA license so you'll need to get a 250 user license for the Zephyr add-on.
